橡膠護舷質量安全的重要性

  隨著我國(guo)(guo)航運業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)發展,碼頭和(he)(he)船用護(hu)舷(xian)的(de)(de)(de)需求越來(lai)越多,對護(hu)舷(xian)性(xing)能的(de)(de)(de)要求也越來(lai)越高。其(qi)中,橡膠(jiao)護(hu)舷(xian)因良好的(de)(de)(de)韌(ren)性(xing)和(he)(he)耐沖擊性(xing)應(ying)用最(zui)為廣(guang)泛。目前,我國(guo)(guo)橡膠(jiao)護(hu)舷(xian)生產(chan)廠家(jia)眾多,產(chan)品(pin)良莠不齊(qi),一些廠家(jia)為在(zai)激(ji)烈的(de)(de)(de)市場競(jing)爭(zheng)中生存,片面(mian)以低(di)價競(jing)爭(zheng)為主(zhu)要手段,不嚴格(ge)遵守有(you)關(guan)標準(zhun)和(he)(he)工藝、采用低(di)質原材料(liao)或過多使用再生膠(jiao)以降低(di)成本,這給碼頭和(he)(he)船舶靠(kao)泊安(an)全(quan)帶來(lai)極大隱患。有(you)關(guan)專家(jia)表(biao)示,橡膠(jiao)護(hu)舷(xian)生產(chan)商應(ying)嚴格(ge)執(zhi)行(xing)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)有(you)關(guan)標準(zhun),嚴格(ge)工藝流(liu)程(cheng),增(zeng)強自主(zhu)創新能力,不斷提高產(chan)品(pin)質量,為我國(guo)(guo)航運業(ye)和(he)(he)造船業(ye)提供可靠(kao)、安(an)全(quan)的(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)。

  據(ju)(ju)了解,目前市場上的(de)(de)(de)(de)橡膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)有多(duo)種(zhong)類型(xing)(xing)(xing),主要有壓(ya)曲型(xing)(xing)(xing)、充氣(qi)型(xing)(xing)(xing)、側向受荷圓(yuan)柱型(xing)(xing)(xing)(鼓型(xing)(xing)(xing))、對(dui)接V型(xing)(xing)(xing)(即X型(xing)(xing)(xing))和柔性(xing)樁型(xing)(xing)(xing)。廠家(jia)在設(she)計和生產橡膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)時要考(kao)慮(lv)作用(yong)(yong)于船(chuan)(chuan)體(ti)和碼(ma)頭(tou)靠(kao)船(chuan)(chuan)構(gou)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)反力、護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)吸(xi)收船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)動(dong)能后(hou)變形的(de)(de)(de)(de)大小(xiao)、護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)變形產生作用(yong)(yong)于船(chuan)(chuan)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)反力、護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)對(dui)剛度(du)、非(fei)正向擠(ji)靠(kao)時護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)吸(xi)能的(de)(de)(de)(de)有效性(xing)、護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)使船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)靠(kao)泊速(su)度(du)減速(su)的(de)(de)(de)(de)速(su)率、護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)與船(chuan)(chuan)體(ti)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)摩擦系(xi)數、護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)和支(zhi)撐構(gou)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基建投資(zi)及其維護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)、船(chuan)(chuan)體(ti)與護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)接觸(chu)方(fang)式(shi)等(deng)諸多(duo)因素。用(yong)(yong)戶可根據(ju)(ju)實際(ji)選用(yong)(yong)不(bu)同類型(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)橡膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian),除(chu)拖(tuo)船(chuan)(chuan)、小(xiao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)外,大噸位船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)一般不(bu)配備橡膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian),靠(kao)泊時主要利用(yong)(yong)充氣(qi)型(xing)(xing)(xing)橡膠(jiao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)等(deng)來(lai)保護(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)碼(ma)頭(tou)和船(chuan)(chuan)體(ti)。

  相對造(zao)船業的(de)船用(yong)(yong)主機、船板等配套市(shi)(shi)場來說,橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)舷(xian)的(de)市(shi)(shi)場容(rong)量不是很大(da),競(jing)爭非(fei)常激烈。中(zhong)海(hai)(hai)橡(xiang)(xiang)(青(qing)島)實業有限公司副總經理李海(hai)(hai)鍔介紹說,國內(nei)每年橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)舷(xian)的(de)市(shi)(shi)場容(rong)量為20多(duo)億元,知名(ming)度較(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)生(sheng)廠(chang)商(shang)也就3、4家,其主要面向骨(gu)干港口和造(zao)船企業,訂(ding)制產(chan)品較(jiao)(jiao)多(duo),因此(ci)市(shi)(shi)場份額高、效益也較(jiao)(jiao)好。而一些生(sheng)產(chan)通(tong)用(yong)(yong)型產(chan)品較(jiao)(jiao)多(duo)、利(li)潤薄的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)商(shang)只(zhi)能(neng)采取低(di)(di)價競(jing)爭策略(lve),甚至(zhi)不惜(xi)采用(yong)(yong)低(di)(di)質(zhi)材料(liao)或(huo)采用(yong)(yong)高比(bi)例再生(sheng)膠(jiao)以謀求降低(di)(di)成本(ben),這(zhe)在江蘇某(mou)橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)舷(xian)生(sheng)產(chan)廠(chang)家聚(ju)集較(jiao)(jiao)多(duo)的(de)地(di)區比(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)普遍(bian)。李海(hai)(hai)鍔指出,低(di)(di)質(zhi)橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)護(hu)舷(xian)危害極大(da),不僅使用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)短,而且一旦破損將(jiang)給碼(ma)頭和靠泊船舶帶來嚴重(zhong)損傷。

  負責我國橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)護(hu)舷標準制修訂和(he)(he)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)歸口管理的(de)全國橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)與橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)制品(pin)(pin)標準化技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)委(wei)員會橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)雜品(pin)(pin)分技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)委(wei)員會秘(mi)書長宋寶清(qing)對(dui)此也深有同(tong)感。目(mu)前,我國實心橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)護(hu)舷所采(cai)用(yong)的(de)標準是(shi)(shi)《GB/T 21537-2008 錐型橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)護(hu)舷》和(he)(he)《HG/T 2866-2003 橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)護(hu)舷》,充氣(qi)式橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)護(hu)舷采(cai)用(yong)的(de)是(shi)(shi)《CB-T 3948 船用(yong)充氣(qi)橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)靠(kao)球》和(he)(he)ISO17357:2002 《High pressure Floating pneumatic rubber fenders》,而(er)填充式漂浮橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)護(hu)舷是(shi)(shi)近(jin)幾年才出現的(de)新產品(pin)(pin),目(mu)前尚無(wu)國際標準以及行業標準。宋寶清(qing)指出,我國各類橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)護(hu)舷標準與國外相比并不落后,但生(sheng)產廠(chang)家執行標準的(de)參差不齊使產品(pin)(pin)良莠不齊,這(zhe)給(gei)我國航運業和(he)(he)造船業發展帶來隱患。她表示,在(zai)原(yuan)材(cai)料中加(jia)(jia)入(ru)再(zai)生(sheng)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)可較好改善加(jia)(jia)工(gong)性能(neng),而(er)且符合綠色環保(bao)要求,至(zhi)于加(jia)(jia)多(duo)少再(zai)生(sheng)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)會對(dui)產品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)量和(he)(he)使用(yong)壽命產生(sheng)不利影(ying)響,目(mu)前尚無(wu)定(ding)量分析數據,因此對(dui)使用(yong)再(zai)生(sheng)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)不能(neng)簡(jian)單否(fou)定(ding)。但采(cai)用(yong)優質(zhi)原(yuan)材(cai)料是(shi)(shi)保(bao)證(zheng)產品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)量的(de)重(zhong)要基礎,這(zhe)點毋庸置疑。

  橡膠護(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)(xian)在造船(chuan)企業主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)用作船(chuan)舶靠(kao)泊碼頭(tou)舾裝時的安(an)全防護(hu)(hu)(hu)。揚州(zhou)遠望橡膠護(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)(xian)有關人士表示,產品(pin)的質(zhi)量是第(di)一位(wei)的。如果新船(chuan)在碼頭(tou)舾裝時因橡膠護(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)(xian)質(zhi)量問題(ti)而發生碰撞事故,進而導致船(chuan)體受(shou)損,新船(chuan)將不(bu)得不(bu)返工(gong)修理甚(shen)至造成拖(tuo)期。雖然相對港(gang)口(kou)來說,橡膠護(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)(xian)并不(bu)屬于(yu)造船(chuan)企業的主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)生產設施,船(chuan)廠(chang)也比(bi)較注重(zhong)橡膠護(hu)(hu)(hu)舷(xian)(xian)(xian)的性價比(bi),但是產品(pin)質(zhi)量絕不(bu)能(neng)忽視。

  對(dui)標國(guo)(guo)外(wai)先(xian)進企業(ye)(ye)(ye),嚴格(ge)執(zhi)行標準(zhun),加(jia)強企業(ye)(ye)(ye)自(zi)主(zhu)創新能(neng)(neng)力(li),是橡膠(jiao)護舷產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)規范、可(ke)持續發展的必(bi)由之路。專家(jia)表(biao)示,我(wo)國(guo)(guo)橡膠(jiao)護舷生產(chan)(chan)商應(ying)緊密跟蹤(zong)國(guo)(guo)外(wai)智能(neng)(neng)護舷技(ji)術發展趨勢,主(zhu)動(dong)對(dui)標并采用國(guo)(guo)外(wai)先(xian)進標準(zhun),增強自(zi)主(zhu)創新能(neng)(neng)力(li),不(bu)斷提(ti)高產(chan)(chan)品(pin)性能(neng)(neng),努力(li)實(shi)現產(chan)(chan)品(pin)不(bu)斷升級(ji)。同時要自(zi)律自(zi)強,將精力(li)放(fang)在降低(di)(di)成(cheng)本和(he)提(ti)高產(chan)(chan)品(pin)質量上,不(bu)搞低(di)(di)價惡性競爭。此外(wai),在遵守世界貿易(yi)組織有關(guan)協議、規定的大框架下,我(wo)國(guo)(guo)應(ying)加(jia)大橡膠(jiao)船舷標準(zhun)制修訂和(he)執(zhi)行檢(jian)查力(li)度,加(jia)大橡膠(jiao)護舷質量對(dui)碼頭和(he)船舶(bo)安全重要性的宣傳力(li)度,規范市場(chang)秩序,讓低(di)(di)質橡膠(jiao)護舷難以生產(chan)(chan)、沒有市場(chang)。
